HELPS
Overseeing our Helps Ministry is Elder Nigel Balfour. We call our Helps the face of our church. From a good greeting, to being served a delicious meal this ministry goes all out to make your visit comfortable and pleasurable one.
USHERS
Deacon Leslieann Jordan Miller spearheads our Ushers. This is the ministry that greets you at the door and escorts you to your seat. They also serve in many other areas in our assembly. Issues with parking? Our male ushers will assist in ensuring you are parked safely. This hands-on ministry can always use more so if you are a people person, may be this can be where you serve.
HOSPITALITY
Our Hospitality Department is headed by Deacon Sharon Arnasalam. This team prepares Lunches for several of our special events. Coming to church early but had no time to have breakfast? Every Sunday Breakfast is prepared by this competent team. In Trinidad we call describe good cooks as folks that possess a “sweet hand.” Their hospitality extends beyond the walls of the church to members of the community by providing hampers and various services to many. This team believes that even preparation of a good meal glorifies God. Let all things be done in excellence.
PASTORAL CARE
Caring for our Pastors is just as important as they caring for us. Deacon Kenny Cooper heads this ministry. Our Pastors watch for our souls. The scripture admonishes us to love, care, respect and give to the servant of God. “We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work” 1st These 5:12-14
